When The Janus School approached us to create materials for their upcoming capital campaign to improve their facilities, we realized we first needed to educate potential donors with no familiarity of special needs. The solution is an beautifully illustrated children’s book that personifies the odds that kids with special needs face, which is followed by a clear case for how new facilities would improve students’ education and outcomes. The book was so effective that the campaign goal was reached in less than a quarter of the anticipated time. Read more of the story below.
